BlackRock, the Wall Street giant, has recently made some noteworthy moves in the cryptocurrency market. As reported in the applications submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, two funds managed by BlackRock have taken the initiative to invest in Bitcoin Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). These funds, namely BlackRock Strategic Income Opportunities and BlackRock Strategic Global Bond, have demonstrated their confidence in the cryptocurrency by purchasing a total of $3.6 million and $400,000 worth of BlackRock’s own issued BTC ETF, IBIT.
