Recent data analysis conducted by Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas reveals that BlackRock and Fidelity, two prominent financial institutions, have dominated the inflows of Bitcoin Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). These institutions, according to Bloomberg Intelligence data, have accounted for a substantial portion of the total inflows, with BlackRock capturing 26% and Fidelity a significant 56% share.
In specific figures, Farside Investor’s data indicates that BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) and Fidelity’s Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC) have witnessed impressive inflows since their trading commencement on January 10. The former has seen a staggering influx of $16.6 billion, while the latter has attracted a noteworthy $8.9 billion in investments.
